Do I need my own IPTV service?＋

Yes. Zora Player is a player: you bring your own IPTV list (username, password and server URL) from your provider. We don't sell or include content.

How many TVs can I activate?＋

You can activate more than one TV with the same account, exact limits depend on your plan, which you can check anytime from My account.

Are my IPTV credentials safe?＋

Yes. They're stored encrypted and you can delete them whenever you want. They're only used to connect to your server.

Does it work if Zora Player's server is down?＋

Your playback depends on your own IPTV server, not ours. Activation and sync use Zora Player, but content streams directly from your provider.

How do I activate a new TV?＋

Open Zora Player on the TV, scan the QR code with your phone and log in. Your list and progress appear instantly.

Is there parental control?＋

Yes. You can lock adult content with a PIN and leave kids' profiles with only what's appropriate for them.
