Do I need my own IPTV service?
Yes. Zora Player is a player: you bring your own IPTV list (username, password and server URL) from your provider. We don't sell or include content.
How many TVs can I activate?
You can activate more than one TV with the same account, exact limits depend on your plan, which you can check anytime from My account.
Are my IPTV credentials safe?
Yes. They're stored encrypted and you can delete them whenever you want. They're only used to connect to your server.
Does it work if Zora Player's server is down?
Your playback depends on your own IPTV server, not ours. Activation and sync use Zora Player, but content streams directly from your provider.
How do I activate a new TV?
Open Zora Player on the TV, scan the QR code with your phone and log in. Your list and progress appear instantly.
Is there parental control?
Yes. You can lock adult content with a PIN and leave kids' profiles with only what's appropriate for them.
